Product Owner

Will be responsible for understanding customer issues and project objectives so they can translate that feedback into technical requirements for software engineers. In addition, this person will manage the delivery of the work to meet our company goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Product Owner and/or Business analyst
• Experience in technical story writing, leading story-mapping activities and product storytelling
• Demonstrate logic and creativity when solving problems
• Exercise judgment with respect to managing priorities, resources and risk
• Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills; ability to break-down

complex problems and formulate plans

• Experience working in Agile software development processes
• Deadline oriented and capable of self-management
• Strong work ethic; demonstrated attention to detail; excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to listen to and understand business needs
• Technical Writting
• Experience in ETL projects

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer/information science / construction or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience working on small or large construction companies within the product or IT departments
• Demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to investigate and learn unfamiliar systems while working in a fast-paced environment
