Power BI Data Especialist

The client is a Security Hyperautomation Solutions company. We are looking for a talented Power BI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a deep understanding of data visualization techniques. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business analytics dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and scalable Power BI dashboards and reports;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide insights using Power BI;
• Analyze complex datasets to create meaningful visual reports and dashboards;
• Implement data models, KPIs, and performance metrics using Power BI;
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability by connecting to various data sources and performing data validation;
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability;
• Assist in integrating Power BI reports into other platforms like SharePoint and Teams;
• Stay updated with Power BI updates and new features to leverage the tool effectively;
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.

Qualifications

• English C1
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
• Proven experience with Power BI, including creating datasets, reports, and dashboards;
• Strong experience in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query;
• Proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes;
• Experience with SQL databases and the ability to write complex queries;
• Knowledge of other data visualization tools like Tableau or QlikView is a plus;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves

• Microsoft Power BI certification (PL-300 or similar);
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure;
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering insights.

• Compensation: 6kusd + DVP (10 dias de PTO e 13 feriados nacionais BR)
