Sales & Marketing Specialist (Spanish and English)

The Role

• We’re looking for a dynamic, positive, and organized Sales & Marketing Team Member to join our growing team! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a female professional based in South America who is fluent in both English and Spanish (native-level proficiency required).
• Schedule: Full-time: 9 AM – 5 PM EST - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communication via calls, emails, and messages
• Build strong rapport with prospects and clients — with kindness and generosity
• Write clear, engaging blog posts and messages for marketing campaigns
• Support sales efforts by managing CRM entries and follow-ups (using Monday.com)
• Use Canva for visual content creation and basic graphic design tasks
• Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and think outside the box
• Help with campaign execution and digital content distribution

Requirements

• Female candidate residing in South America
• Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Highly organized, intelligent, and a fast learner
• Excellent writing skills — professional, friendly, and engaging tone
• A naturally positive and energetic communicator
• Comfortable speaking with clients on calls and building relationships
• Basic Canva and design skills
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn CRM tools (especially Monday.com)
• Reliable high-speed internet and uninterrupted power supply (non-negotiable)
